Anno van der Werf plays Fenderwerf and is supported by a three-piece formation led by funky bassist Peter Sid from Zagreb. For three years Fenderwerf played every day on the stages of this illustrious city. Coming from Friesland, he earned "The fucking viking" in the Amsterdam music scene. Now after 10 years and a backpack full of luggage, back on stage in Bourbon Street. The many “jams” of which Fenderwerf was often a part, provided him with a network of musicians for life. Pop music with a good dash of rhythm & blues played in an entertaining way that makes you happy. Classics in their own guise and some of their own inventions. His drive and will to make music makes every evening an experience.
