7 NIGHTS A WEEK
Hurricane Joy formed in the early ninetees and would soon after record their first album. Their love for rock ‘n roll had them play plenty of catchy tunes by The Rolling Stones, Lenny Kravitz and many more. It has made them a fan favourite at Bourbon Street for almost a decade.
Well known pop and rock songs from the sixtees, seventees, eightees and ninetees have long been in their vast catalogue. Leadsinger and guitar player Romeo Boldewijn, lead guitarist Erik Vrede and bass player and co-founder Ramon Ramnath have now complemented their repertoire with modern hits by the likes of Triggerfinger, Daft Punk and more new school classics. Along with their original material, and a veru special guest on drums, this local group is an unstoppable force.
After a few years on the down low, Hurricane Joy is back and here to stay!
